Refund Policy

Try before you pay

Every account starts with a 14-day trial — every feature, no payment method required. Nothing is charged during the trial, so the honest first answer to most refund questions is: test everything before you subscribe.

EU right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw from a paid subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. The fastest way is the “Withdraw from contract here” button in the footer of every page (it confirms receipt immediately) — a clear statement by email to support@mccain-digital.com works just as well. Because the service begins immediately at your request, we refund the amount paid minus the proportionate value of the period already elapsed (§ 357a BGB). The refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time; your plan then runs to the end of the current billing period and does not renew. Beyond the statutory rights above, partial periods are not refunded — for annual plans, consider whether monthly billing fits you better before committing.

Something broken?

If the service genuinely does not work for you and we cannot fix it, write to us — we would rather refund than trap anyone. Your .mind data stays yours and keeps working read-only either way.

How to request a refund

Email payment@mccain-digital.com from your account's email address with the word “refund” and, if you have it, the Stripe receipt number. We answer within a few business days and process approved refunds within 14 days. (General questions: support@mccain-digital.com — all our mail comes from @mccain-digital.com.)
